    About the Author
    Allyson Weseley has taught AP Psychology and runs a Behavioral Science Research Program at Roslyn High School in Roslyn Heights, NY for over 15 years. Her students have enjoyed great success on the AP exam, with a 100% passing rate and well over 80% earning 5's. She earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology at Princeton University, a master's degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a doctorate from Columbia University's Teachers College. Dr. Weseley has served as a Reader and Table Leader for the AP Psychology exam, published a number of psychology-related activities, led several psychology teacher workshops, and served on the Board of Teachers of Psychology in the Secondary Schools.

    Rob McEntarffer taught AP Psychology at Lincoln Southeast High School in Lincoln, NE for over 13 years and Introductory Psychology at Nebraska Wesleyan University for over 7 years. He earned a B.S. in teaching of psychology at the University of Nebraska, a master's degree in educational psychology, and a Ph.D. in education. He has extensive experience in scoring the Advanced Placement Psychology free-response questions, having served as a Reader, Table Leader, and, as the high school Question Leader. He is past chair of the national organization Teachers of Psychology in Secondary Schools, worked with the committee on the National Standards for the Teaching of High School Psychology, and is involved in writing assessment materials for high school and college level introductory psychology textbooks. He works as an assessment specialist for his school district.

    Would buy again if I ever wanted to take another AP Psyc any year

    I recommend Barrons for any social studies AP class. 5 steps to a 5 is just too much info that you don't need to know for any social studies class. These are great with summaries of all the important stuff from a chapter in very simple words where you don't need a dictionary, and there are multiple choice questions after each chapter. The questions are not easy to the point where you can do without studying, they are challenging enough to make you ready for the exam. Would recommend this over any other book any time.

    Excellent guide in quality and content.

    This is an excellent guide. On both fronts, for actual use or if you just enjoying collecting them. Well made, (strong binding) great artwork, stats on just about everything. I've posted some pics as well to help give you an idea of the guide itself. I've included a couple more pics, one more of the inside (no spoilers), and what the companion book is like.

    This has more than enough to help you beat the witcher

It also comes with a cool little lore book which goes over the history of the world of the Witcher as well as some of the more important characters and people. It also comes with a code to get the eguide online which is also really nice. Now for the guide itself its a beast. It has just over 500 pages of pure awesomeness. The table of contents are as follows

    1.Foreword
    2.Intro and characters
    3.How to use this guide
    4.Training
    5.Quest walkthrough
    6.Atlas of the northern realms
    7.Appendices and compendiums
    8.Art of the Witcher 3

    1.So the foreword basically talks about the guide and is 1 page.
    2.The intro and characters covers the different characters both good and bad and is 8 pages.
    3.The how to use this guide basically tells you what page each quest can be found on and is 4 pages.
    4.The training goes over the hud and different transportation like running, horse, boat and so on. Then it goes over potions, bombs, shops and the economy, the equipment, combat, and character development. This takes 38 pages.
    5.And then there's the quests which take a whooping 320 pages of the guide. It covers all the quests and tells you which pieces of dialogue will have major impacts and which ones don't matter as much. It tells you the item you get with each quest as well, where to start the quest, and recommended items and such. It breaks up nicely into sections so that all the main quests are together and then the secondary ones, then the contracts, Qwent quests, heroes pursuits, treasure hunts, and then how to get each certain ending.
    6.The atlas is 66 pages and goes over the entire world and shows points of interest, quest locations, merchants, chests, and dungeons.
    7.Then the appendices is 50 pages that goes over the enemies and what each one drops and where to find them and what their weaknesses are. It also gives some suggestions on how to attack them. Then it goes over where to find in game things like the Qwent cards and trophy guide. Finally it covers the weapons and armor and tell the damage, quality, and other stats. Also it goes into the crafting and herbs.
    8.Finally the art section is 32 pages of awesomeness. The art is beautiful and mostly is about the environment but has a few character pieces as well.

    So there you have it, this monster of a guide is absolutely amazing and will definitely help you get through the Witcher faster than it would have taken you. The lore book is a cool little bonus for those of you that care about the history and such. The guide itself covers everything and the art section is just stunning. Overall this book is a work of art itself and I highly recommend it for any Witcher fan out there.

    The greatest guide I have ever laid eyes on

    In short, this is the best guide I've ever seen in my 35 years (25 of which have been spent gaming). The quality is simply outstanding, with a durable cover, superior binding, rich colors, thick pages, and crisp text. In terms of content, this thing is loaded beyond all reckoning - you'll probably never read the entire thing (it's over 500 pages!), but everything's in there if you need it. In addition to comprehensive quest directives, glossarys, and guides to crafting, I particularly enjoy all the supplemental stuff that covers the many characters of the series. As a newcomer to the Witcher, I found this most useful and interesting. As a final bonus, there's an awesome smaller book (about 90 pages, I think) that is included. It features unique binding and a bunch of additional content to further flesh out the universe of the Witcher. Even if you don't think you want to use the guide to help you with the game, I would recommend this book to anybody who is a fan and wants to get even more out of the Wild Hunt experience.

    Excellent Textbook on the subject:Also a good reference

    This excellent book covers more than the basics of exercise physiology with hundreds of references to studies, charts and graphs. Everything, it seemed to me, was backed by empirical evidence. There is still much to be learned in this field, but I think anyone interested in the subject would do well to own this textbook. It is written on an introductory college level, in my opinion. I rated it 5 stars based on the presentation of the material and sound scientific basis for ideas presented.

    I bought this book 2 months ago. It has a lot of chapters explaining different subjects, such as nutrition, VO2 max etc. I definitely recommend it to university's students who want to learn more about exercise physiology, nutrition and how the human's body system works.

    Bad news, good news.

    (Bad news) I sat down to work on the first practice (Math) test before distributing it to my students, and in the first 12 questions I encountered 4 questions whose wording I believed to be either incorrect or terribly confusing.
    (Good news) I wrote to the editorial board (Email was given freely over the phone) and within 24 hours got a thoughtful response. Corrections to the questions that concerned me were posted on a correction sheet, which is available "on the Student Tools for students to access when they register their book online." This is a rare degree of responsiveness in my experience.

    I appreciate the responsiveness, but am still concerned about the high error rate that I discovered. (I'm also concerned about the complexity of the questions -- one has 107 words in only three sentences -- but that seems consistent with the little I know about the forces drivinging new SAT (and PARCC))

    Great Resource for Anyone Studying for the SAT - Probably the Last SAT Book You'll Ever Need

    This is a fantastic book and a great product for anyone looking to study for the new SAT. The book clearly shows the differences between the new and old versions of the SAT and does a great job of walking through the problems. I have only finished half of the book as of now and I can truly say that this book has been very useful to me thus far. I teach SAT classes and use a lot of the materials found in this book. The book supplies great tips and tricks to scoring higher on the SAT. I do want to warn that the book has some tips that only pertain to students scoring on the low to medium end and not the students scoring frequently above 650 points per category. With that being said, the tactics outlined in this book do a great job of helping students with the types of questions for the SAT. The book makes a note to go though all different types of questions and how to solve each unique question type through a step by step process. The book does a fantastic job of walking the reader through each scenario and contains 6 practice tests (huge amount). This will most likely be the only book that anyone will every need to prepare for the SAT. The examples have answers that go in depth on why a particular answer is right and outlines why each individual other answer is incorrect. The book is pretty thick and contains very valuable information.

    I am a SAT Math instructor and I only did ...

    I am a SAT Math instructor and I only did the math sections of the practice tests in the book. In general the math problems in this book are much longer and much more confusing than those in the practice tests published by the CollegeBoard. I have no issue with the CollegeBoard tests in which the questions are very clearly stated. It is a different story with the book under review. Below I captured some of the issues:

    Practice Test 1 - section 4:

    3. It should mention that the 119 feet of wall space and 21 feet of window are referring to the vertical dimension.

    Practice Test 3 - section 4:

    24. The answer should be 65.8% of all the people with bachelor's degrees. So it is 36,174,000 * 65.8% ~ 24 millions. The answer should be B not A.

    27. This is the most confusing question of all. I have no clue what it is talking about.

    Practice Test 4 - section 4:

    4. In the problem, we have: 'If another 10% leave in the next 15 minutes, ...'. Does it mean 10% of the original people or 10% of the remaining people? Also the graph in the answer choice A (indicated as the correct choice) has its tail-end curving up, which is definitely wrong.
